End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read the conditions of this EULA carefully before you start to use QTranslate - referred to as "software". Installing and using the software signifies acceptance of this EULA. If you do not accept the terms of this EULA, you must remove all software files from your storage devices and stop to use the software. This is freeware software, it's provided "AS IS".

1. Installation and Use

1.1. You may install and use the software both on your home PC and in organizations of any form of ownership, including government and municipal offices.
1.2. You may distribute the software on condition that the original distribution package is not modified and only for free.

2. Limitations

2.1. It’s prohibited to decompile, disassemble and modify neither program itself nor any of its components.
2.2. It’s prohibited to distribute software for any fee (without written author’s permission).
2.3. It’s prohibited to distribute non-original installation package (without written author’s permission).
2.4. It’s prohibited to delete copyright or any other information regarding authors or copyright holders of the software.
2.5. It’s prohibited to lease or rent software to someone.
2.6. Any infringement of copyright leads to civil, administrative or criminal liability according to the law of your country.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. The author of this software will not be liable for any bugs, damages, loss of profits and so on. You use this software at your own risk.
3.2. Copyright holder doesn't guarantee any operability of the software on your computer.

4. Copyrights

4.1. All copyrights of this software belong to QuestSoft.
4.2. All copyrights of third-party software products and components used in this installation package belong to their correspondent owners.
4.3. Third-party software products and components in this installation package are used with approbation of their copyright holders (or by observance of their license agreements).
4.4. The software is protected by laws of Russian Federation and international copyright treaties.
